Most of us were never taught how to regulate our nervous systems.

When stress rises, the body reacts automatically—through tension, anxiety, shutdown, or overwhelm.

Unmuzzle Your Power Animal™ is a body-based self-regulation practice designed to help people work directly with their nervous systems.

Rather than trying to control stress through willpower alone, Unmuzzle teaches practical somatic tools that allow the body to process activation, emotion, and tension naturally.

WHAT IS UNMUZZLE?

Unmuzzle Your Power Animal™ is a body-based self-regulation practice designed to help people work directly with their nervous systems.

Rather than trying to control stress through willpower alone, Unmuzzle teaches practical somatic tools that allow the body to process tension, emotion, and activation naturally.

Participants learn how to:

  • establish safety in the body

  • increase emotional capacity

  • release stored stress

  • restore instinct, clarity, and agency

The practice is offered through live events, an online program, and an ongoing community of practitioners.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS LEARN

Through consistent practice, participants often develop the ability to:

  • Downregulate when anxious or stressed

  • Upregulate when feeling low or overwhelmed

  • Process and release stored stress and emotional tension

  • Remain present and responsive during challenging situations

  • Increase situational awareness and embodied perception

  • Channel emotional energy into purposeful action

  • Strengthen awareness of your body’s signals and instincts

  • Cultivate confidence, resilience, and grounded agency

  • Reconnect with instinct and natural movement

  • Support overall resilience and recovery

HOW TO EXPERIENCE UNMUZZLE

There are three primary ways to experience the practice.

LIVE EVENTS

The best way to experience Unmuzzle is through a live event.

These immersive sessions combine breathwork, somatic practices, movement, and sound to help participants release stress and reconnect with their bodies in a supportive group environment.

Events are designed for all levels of experience and require no prior background.

Participants often leave feeling:

  • calmer and more grounded

  • physically and emotionally released

  • more connected to their bodies

  • more resilient in the face of stress

ONLINE PROGRAM

The Unmuzzle Your Power Animal™ online program teaches the core principles and practices of embodied self-regulation.

Participants learn how to regulate their nervous systems, process emotional experience, and build resilience through guided practices they can integrate into daily life.

The program includes:

  • guided somatic practices

  • breathwork protocols

  • bioenergetic release exercises

  • audio meditations

  • education on nervous system regulation

This program can be practiced at your own pace and serves as a foundation for developing a consistent embodiment practice.

INTEGRATION CIRCLE (COMMUNITY)

Participants who want continued support can join the Unmuzzle Integration Circle, an optional community space for ongoing learning and practice.

Members receive:

  • monthly live group calls with the teaching team

  • additional practices and teachings

  • conversations with guest practitioners

  • connection with others on a similar path

This space is designed to support continued growth and integration of the practice.

HOW THE PRACTICE WORKS

The Unmuzzle system follows a clear progression designed to help the nervous system move from survival patterns toward greater regulation and agency.

1. Resourcing & Orientation

Learning how to establish safety in the body and reconnect with the environment.

Participants develop grounding practices that calm chronic activation and restore presence.

2. Capacity & Regulation

Building the ability to experience sensation and emotion without overwhelm.

Somatic practices help expand nervous system flexibility and resilience.

3. Expression & Completion

Supporting the natural discharge of stress and emotional energy through breath, movement, and sound.

This allows the body to complete cycles that may have been interrupted.

4. Integration & Embodied Agency

Applying the practice to everyday life so that regulation becomes something you live, not just something you practice.

Participants develop greater clarity, responsiveness, and grounded strength.
