The Unmuzzle Your Power Animal™ online program is a structured, self-paced experience designed to help you build a consistent practice of nervous system regulation.

Rather than relying on mindset alone, this program works directly with the body—teaching you how to process stress, expand emotional capacity, and restore resilience through somatic practices.

You will learn how to:

  • regulate your nervous system in real time

  • work with stress and emotional activation

  • develop a deeper relationship with your body

  • build a sustainable embodiment practice

This program can be practiced at your own pace and integrated into daily life.

  • Applying regulation in daily life

  • Translating somatic insight into action

WHAT’S INCLUDED

 

This is a self-paced program.

Most participants practice:

  • 20–60 minutes per session

  • 3–7 days per week

Practices can be broken into shorter sessions. Consistency is more important than intensity.

 
 

IMPORTANT NOTE

Some practices in this program are designed to release stored stress and emotional tension.

If you have a history of severe trauma or feel uncertain about engaging in body-based practices independently, we recommend consulting with a qualified trauma-informed therapist before beginning.

This program is educational and experiential and is not a replacement for therapy.
