Tap into your body’s innate resiliency

Think we are living in uncertain times? The truth is: we always have been. The idea of certainty is an illusion created by a mind that refuses to accept the ever-changing nature of our universe. The very fact that we are embodied in this three-dimensional reality means that only one thing in life is certain – change.

How can we better navigate constant change and the stresses of disease, catastrophe, violence, emotional and physical trauma, loss, or the anxiety of daily living? By looking within. By realizing that we are extraordinarily resilient beings who can, at any moment, tap into the vast intelligence of a nervous system that has evolved and survived for over six million years.

AWAKEN YOUR INNER POWER

Unmuzzle Your Power Animal™ is an integral embodiment system that will help you tap into your body's own ancient and innate resiliency. You will learn practices that will strengthen you physically, mentally, and emotionally. You will attune yourself with the language of your own body, learn methods for processing emotions, engage in exercise consciously, physically and bio-energetically, and discover how to harness the power of your mind.

Reconnect with your body’s four natural movements

STILLNESS

It may sound simple, but most of us have forgotten how to achieve a state of complete stillness and deep rest. Our nervous system is continuously presenting us with immeasurable amounts of information about our environment, our health, our emotions, and even “extra-sensory” input. The constant distraction of modern life and trauma have created a chronic disconnection from our bodies and the earth’s energy. Through stillness, we can reconnect. Our simple practices help you tap into your deepest resources through:

  • Breathwork

  • Guided binaural beat meditations

UNRESTRICTED MOVEMENT

Emotional energy is a vital and powerful force that is meant to move through the body, not held inside. Unfortunately, our restrictive cultural conditioning and behavioral patterns and habits can get in the way of the natural expression and flow of emotional energy through the nervous system. The Latin root for the word emotion (emovere) means “to move out,” and our practices provide a powerful and fun way to discharge emotional energy through:

  • Bioenergetic release exercises

  • Unstructured movement and intonation

RESISTANCE MOVEMENT

Just as trees adapt to survive passing storms by strengthening their roots and branches, our bodies need regulated periods of physical stress to strengthen their structures, organs, and immune systems. We are designed and engineered to labor. Creating internal heat is one of the best ways to ensure physical, mental, and emotional resiliency. Instead of using your body like a machine, let us teach you to consciously engage with your entire energy field through an integrated approach. Our practices show you how to enhance your training through:

  • Breathwork

  • Mental, emotional, and biofield engagement

LENGTHENING MOVEMENT

Our bodies are much more responsive to our mental and emotional states than most of us realize. The stress of trauma, anxiety, depression, repetitive movement, and lack of movement will almost immediately register in the body as contraction. By extending the spaces in between joints and stretching our muscles, ligaments, and fascia, we allow our structural system to “breathe.” We also encourage the healthy flow of vital energy and the discharge of stored emotional energy. Our practices help you access the healing wisdom of your body through:

  • Mobility exercises

  • Trauma-informed yoga

By connecting to the wisdom of the body, you can:

  • Downregulate when you’re anxious or stressed

  • Upregulate when you’re depressed or overwhelmed

  • Process and release trauma and heavy emotions***

  • Learn tactics to "stay in the fight" and engage during high-stress situations

  • Increase situational awareness

  • Transmute fear, anxiety, and depression into purposeful action

  • Develop your intuition

  • Experience presence in your body and in the moment

  • Foster confidence and the will to change

  • Engage your instinct

  • Lower your reaction time when facing difficult situations

  • Prime your mental and physical immune system

It makes sense that, as human beings, we are highly responsive when we integrate practices that train our bodies, harness our minds, process emotions, and align us with our truest nature. It is only in a culture obsessed with specialization that these natural techniques have been compartmentalized and separated, which has led to the misinterpretation of this knowledge that is fundamental to living extraordinary lives.

Unmuzzle Your Power Animal™ combines ancient shamanic wisdom from South America with elements of neuroscience, meditation, breathwork, weight training, yoga, emotional release, trauma theory, and tactical psychology. It weaves these strands into a powerful daily practice that trains all the layers of your being as one integrated and interdependent system.

An integrated practice to release your inner animal

Wondering how all of this works together? If you want to radically transform the way you respond mentally and emotionally to stress, we recommend investing in yourself one to three hours each day, depending on how deep you want to go with the practices. (Breaking it up into smaller sessions is perfectly fine.) Your results depend on your commitment to yourself.

Nervous System Regulation

This program helps you to regulate your nervous system by teaching you how to navigate between sympathetic (stress response) and parasympathetic (relaxation response) activation. We do this with supportive, real-time tools for shifting between different states of consciousness and with stress inoculation practices that prepare you to handle strong emotional and stressful experiences.

Morning Routine

We will provide you with a morning routine that will prime your body and your mind for having the most efficient day possible. Forget needing coffee to wake up. We will show you how to use your body's natural biorhythms to your advantage and start to see the first hour of your day as the most important one for determining your success.

Emotional Release

We guide you through emotional processing techniques to remain in a constant state of flow and not be overtaken by trapped emotional energy. Using fun and natural movements, you can activate your body's trauma-resolution mechanism to remain present and engaged, regardless of the circumstances.***

Conscious Workouts

We guide you through conscious workout techniques to help you process complex and heavy emotions. These integrated practices allow you to use your mental and energetic fields to manifest the life you want.
You will simultaneously be enhancing the power of your mind and your capacity to regulate your nervous system while also training your body.

Trauma-informed Yoga

We share gentle trauma-informed yoga to help you tap into your body's wisdom and access powerful tools for regulating your nervous system. You may already be aware of the myriad of physical benefits of yoga but we invite you to dive deeper into this ancient practice and harness modern trauma-theory insights for taking control over your mental and emotional states.

Optimization

We explore proven ways to optimize your performance in all areas of life. The events happening in the world today call for the most efficient and expedient methods for resolving trauma and becoming fully embodied. Our discussion topics include plant medicines, modern psychedelics, biohacking, nutrition, and neuroscience.
