We are a community of professionals creating therapeutic frameworks to help entrain your biological clock with the heartbeat of the planet. We offer many modalities to achieve this alignment — some ancient and some tech-edge. We combine self-regulation practices and shamanic ceremonies to integrate mind, body, and environment with measurable, accelerative healing effects. Our aim is to guide you back to your original state. Defragmented and whole.
